AIA fee & additional info

The AIA fee for each of the invited artists is €1250, which includes accommodation in a shared room, a studio space plus some meals. For a private room, there is a supplement of €350. The AIA fee is waived for the inviting artist. If two artists make the proposal, they will each pay 50% of the AIA fee.

 

For the studio in the countryside, if some or all of the AIA artists would like to bring their families, please contact us for costing.

 

We offer a number of additional perks such as help with travel arrangements and airport pick-ups, museum reservations etc. In consultation with the inviting artist, c.r.et.a. rome can arrange museum and site visits plus optional food and/or wine tours.

 

 

On acceptance, we require a €250 security deposit from each participating artist. The deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of the end of the residency period, should no damages to the studio and/or apartment occur. If you cancel 90 or more days before the beginning of the residency period, we will return 50% of the residency fee. After 90 days, there will be no refund.
